Hello, my friend, it’s more than nice to see YOU in here! This is Teo – the founder and main admin of Project – Lose Weight. Please feel welcome to my website. I hope you will have a great time in here, but most of all I hope you will learn something new that you will find valuable.

Let me share with you a little story about me:

Looking Back In The Days…

Looking back in the past I can still remember the day I realized I was being fat. Well maybe the word “fat” is (or actually was at that point) a little too exaggerated. Let’s just say that I was getting some unwanted pounds.

It was over a decade ago, when I was still a kid. It was a hot summer day and I was playing outside with my friends. I was wearing a sleeveless T-shirt and my favorite short pants. Why favorite? Because they were the most comfortable ones and I had been wearing them for years. Anyway. I don’t know anymore why I pulled the button part of the T-shirt up, but I did, and then I saw my tummy sticking out. “Ah, my pants are getting small” I said. “Nope. You are just fat” a friend of mine replied. And then he and the rest of my friends laughed at me for some time…

You would say after that I had started working on my shape, but that’s not quite what happened. I quickly got passed this and continued to eat the wrong type of food for years. The very same type of food that might have brought you to this website. It was years later when I decided that it was enough. I was 14 and I needed to reduce 1/4th of my weight. Fun fact: back then I weighed more than I do now when I am a fully grown up man, higher, with more muscle mass and less fat. That’s how fat I used to be!

So I decided to change and I got myself a gym membership. Great! But not really… Simply just deciding to lose weight is NOT enough. Neither is going to the gym alone. Of course there was a small result at first (there is always a result when you first start working out), but it was a couple of years later when I decided to dig more about the human body and how it works, when I realized I was doing everything wrong…

Then I started to ask the more advanced people from the gym what should and shouldn’t I be doing. I started to search online more deeply about the nutrition of the human body. And I hired a personal coach to show me the right way of exercising as well.

Why Do I Want To Help You?

“What is the purpose of life?” – One of the first philosophical questions ever asked. I have found (for myself) an answer to this question.

I personally think that the purpose of living is giving. Giving value; giving (providing) knowledge; giving help; giving joy and good energy… every day. That’s what makes the life worth it.

Our Mission!

That is right, my friend. We, me and YOU, have a common mission. And we are going to execute it together.

Our mission is to achieve the goals we have set up for ourselves. Your goal is weight and health improvement. And my only goal is help you succeed.
